Please note: Appointments are only scheduled over the phone after we have had a
chance to briefly talk with one another to determine if I can meet your needs for
counseling.  I do not schedule appointments through email and cannot engage in any
counseling via email.

During an emergency when you cannot reach me by telephone, call 911 or go to your
local hospital emergency room.  To speak with an emergency crisis counselor in
DeKalb County, call BGC Response, 1-866-242-0111; in Lee or Ogle Counties call
Sinnissippi Centers, 1-800-242-7642.

Anytime you want to schedule, cancel or reschedule an appointment

If I am unable to directly answer your call, please leave a message and I will return
your call as soon as possible. You may ask any questions prior to calling for an
appointment by using the email form below.  Once you become a client, I cannot use
email to communicate with you because I cannot guarantee confidentiality with email.
